Convenient Care Services

Do you have a medical issue, but are not able to get into your regular doctor in a timely manner? 

Out of medication, and needing a refill?

We provide same-day or next-day telehealth visits for most minor illness, as well as one time medication refills (we can often send in 90 day supply on many medications). 

Please note-- There is a $120 fee for a convenient care or medication refill visit.  

Convenient Care Services are available between 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday (extended hours available for Revize Health Members).
