Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative, alternative model that improves access to high functioning healthcare with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee. Direct access to your provider for timely, effective and personalized care.
Pricing
Adults: $100/month ($180 for couples)
Children 0-18: $35/month (with an adult membership)
There will be a one time $50 enrollment fee per person ($25 enrollment for children ages 0-18).
We offer discounts for small businesses. Please send us a message to inquire.
Please note: Due to Medicare billing regulations, we are not able to accept patients with Medicare at this time. We anticipate that our practice will open to Medicare patients in mid to late 2024. Please email us to join our Medicare wait list.

How does Direct Primary Care work?
Once you are enrolled as a member, you will have direct access to your provider. Your DPC membership will cover any day-to-day health care needs that can be managed via televisit, over the phone, text, and e-mail as appropriate. Same day and next day appointments available.
Your membership also includes one comprehensive annual exam.
Do you accept insurance?
While we don't bill insurance for your DPC membership, you may still use your insurance to help cover any labs, imaging, specialty referrals, hospitalizations, etc.
Can I contact my provider after hours and on the weekends?
While we ask that routine concerns and needs be addressed during normal business hours, you are certainly permitted to contact your provider with urgent concerns after hours. We provide all new members with a "how to" guide on utilizing our services for both routine and urgent needs.
